I’m the owner and creator at Empty Nest Creations, a multi-layered small business built around sustainability, up-cycling, re-purposing vintage home decor. I’m a busy wife, mom & bonus mom, and best of all Gigi to three wonderful grandchildren. I started my business around 8 years ago after my last child left home, hence the name “Empty Nest Creations”.

I enjoy hunting for vintage treasures at thrift stores, yard sales, and the occasional estate sale. But I especially enjoy a fabulous road side find. Taking something thought of as trash and turning it into a treasure is great therapy and creates pieces that not only have history but also unique character. Vintage items often showcase craftmanship and design that can’t be found in the mass-produced goods of today. Plus, thrifting supports eco-friendly shopping habits by giving pre-loved items a new life, making it a win for both your personal style and the planet.
